We have a secure shopping cart that will let you use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. Just use the buttons on the product pages.
If you would rather not order on-line, that's fine too. I can also take orders through the mail, or by phone. (Addresses and numbers are all listed above.)
If you want to use a check or money order, please make it out to Robin Wood. You can get the prices from the product pages.
All prices are in US dollars.
If you are shipping to Michigan, please add 6% sales tax.
Shipping to any address in the US or Canada is a flat fee of $7 for the whole order, no matter how large it is.
If you're outside those two countries, it's $12. You will have to pay duties, if any.
Don't forget to give me the titles of the things you want, and if you want an autograph on anything, please put that in the letter, too.
Please don't place an order through e-mail. It's not secure, and there's a chance that your credit information could be read by a third party.
I'm very sorry, but I can't send anything out until the credit card or check has cleared.
If you want to know what happened to an order:
Orders normally go out within a week, and I normally send an e-mail when they do. But occasionally, things aren't normal around here, and it takes longer, or the e-mail doesn't go out.
If it's been more than a week, and you haven't heard, please don't hesitate to write or call, and ask what's going on.
All US orders go out Priority Mail, unless you have made other arrangements.
If you're in the US, you should have gotten a tracking number with the e-mail you received when your package went out. You can use that number at the US Post Office website to track your package.
If you're not in the US, you should have gotten a Customs number in your e-mail. If you think the package should be there, you can contact the Customs office in your country, and I believe you should be able to track it from there. (I can't make these calls, I'm sorry. Once a package leaves the US, the US Post won't follow it.)
