The Zero-to-Hero challenge for today was to come up with a good name for the blog.
Good… name? But… I’m no good with names! I even called my Tarot Deck “The Robin Wood Tarot Deck.” I sort of assumed this blog would just be “The Robin Wood Blog.”
Wow. That’s really lame and boring. No wonder no one reads it.
So I started to think about it.
First, I thought it should be something that evokes the idea of building things out of dreams, since that’s basically what I do.
I came up with all kinds of names.
All of them were already in use.
The only one that wasn’t was “Dreamificer”, which my heart-sister said sounded like the dream police. I was thinking of Artificer, the people who build things that are half magic and half engineering in Fantasy Role Playing Games, but it’s apparently not a term she’s familiar with.
So, back to the drawing board.
Finally, I decided to just call it for my Secret Super Power, Tangent Lass. Because I’m really good at going off on tangents! Besides, that way, I can talk about anything I want to ramble on about, and it all fits.
So, Tangent Lass it is!
I can’t wait to see where this takes us!
(PS. I didn’t come up with the name Tangent Lass either. That was another heart-sister of mine, Tay Mueller. But she did apply the name to me, so it’s mine.)
(PPS. The pictures on these posts are photos I’ve taken through the years, but never had a place where I could show them to people. So I’m showing them now, even if they have nothing to do with the post. Which I can do, because I’m Tangent Lass! So there! Ha!
