Llewellyn has translated my Tarot Deck into Spanish! The banners on the Major Arcana and Court cards are all in Spanish now, and the book has also been translated. Since I don't speak Spanish myself, I don't know how accurate the translation is; but the keyphrases and sample spreads and all the rest I can figure out seem to be intact.

Done in pen and ink with Prismacolor Pencil color. It took me ten years to finish if you count the time spent in research and designing.
